Job Description

  • Ensure the identification and documentation of customer-centric processes to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure of processes: internal quality audit, corective actions/ 5S/ risk management to be done efficiency and continual improvement.
  • Ensure for Customer complaint solving/ problem solving/ continual improvement.
  • Collect, establish for documentation as above 3 purposes.
  • Communicate by training and meeting for well awareness and readiness to apply in their job in the whole company.
  • Manage and provide product quality assurance documents as required by customers.
  • Manage proceses: Audit QMS/ production processes/product compliant/ 5S process/ risk management process efficiency and perfectly.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience at least 2 years in QA, including restricted/control substances & UL.
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese is refer
