- Planning and implementation for whole Cartridge replacement / Happy call/ and Customer Satisfaction activites.
- Be in charge of responding & resolving all claims or unhappy issues from our Customers towards Omoteanshi concept
- Support Marketing in customer survey progam or any End User indicators collection
Sales B2C Leader: 40%
- Implementation for whole Online sales/ Project sales/ Others sales KPI of B2C team
General leader tasks:
- Support team in daily work.
- Monitor daily workflow and ensures that correct procedures are followed by all team members
- Coaching customer service/soft skill for team member
- Do weekly/monthly/yearly report as required
