Performing day-to-day operational activities in customer service of call center
Giving excellent services to customers
Receive calls from customers and respond to all incoming inquiries by phone/Email/Chat/App
Open for ideas and innovative solutions to enhance team productivities
Achieve daily/monthly performance targets defined by the project
WORKING TIME
Service time: 24/7, working 5-6 days/week, 25 days/month
Rotating shifts from 6:00 - 21:00, night shift from 21:00 - 6:00 (5-6 night shift/month)
Job Requirement
University/Colleges required
Age: 20 to 30 years old
Good in English both written and spoken (Preferably with TOEIC 500)
6 months minimum experience in customer service, receptionist, tour guide v..v
Experience in a call center/contact center, travel industry is a plus
Willing to work on weekend, national holidays, overtime if needed
Willing to work under shifting mode (Night shift including)
Able to work under pressure and in a large team
Always bring positive attitude within colleagues and towards customers
Discipline, honest, critical and high initiative
