Job Description

Khách hàng của AOBA VN có tập đoàn mẹ là một công ty có lịch sử hình thành từ hơn 100 năm tại Nhật Bản, một trong những nhà sản xuất đồng thời là nhà cung cấp vòng bi (bearings) hộp số, cần trục trước, .. lớn nhất thế giới cho thị trường công nghiệp và xe hơi, máy bay… Công ty đã đặt chân đến 27 nước trên thế giới.
Tại Việt Nam, từ văn phòng đại diện đã phát triển thành công ty và đang ngày một lớn mạnh với các khách hàng chủ chốt như Honda, Yamaha,…

NỘI DUNG CÔNG VIỆC

1. Customer Service (70%)

a. Sales support
– Receive customer’s order.
– Update delivery schedule, prepare delivery order sheet and relating documents , cooperate with warehouse vendor to arrange goods delivery to customer on time.
– Analyze order and forecast data and discuss with sales team to see demand trend and fluctuation
– Cooperate with accounting department to issue invoice to customer;
– Prepare documents per requirements following customer’s payment process
– Update data to systems, make reports as requested.
– Response to requests from customers

b. Purchasing and Inventory Planning:
– Mornitor and manage stock on hand daily to ensure delivery to customers
– Issue order to factories, control price, follow standard stock and purchasing budget
– Follow up incoming shipments from factories.
– Warehouse and logistics
– Cooperate with logistics agency to be responsible for all related documents, procedures, process for import and export (HS code, tax rate, CO, customs clearance…)
– Follow up together with logistics agency to finish import-export procedure in time and efficiently
– Supervise/instruct warehouse to ensure smooth inbound and outbound, and proper warehouse operation
– Control relating fee/cost

2. Office administrative (30%)

– Handle incoming call, welcome guest, book hotel, airlines, restaurant for business trip and welcome guest
– Purchase and control stationary, office equipment, follow up on repairs and maintenance of premises and office equipment.
– Claim and manage office expense: office rental, car rental, telephone fee, electricity and parking fee, etc.…
– File and store admin contracts in HCM office
– Other tasks requested by management

  • Working Time : Morning: 8:30-12:00/ Afternoon: 13:00 – 17:30
  • Working days: Mon to Fri

Job Requirement

  • Age Range: 24-30
  • Strong education background with at least a Bachelor’s Degree, major in Economy and Business Adminitrative is preferable
  • Two years and above of relating experience
  • Good communication skills (writing and speaking) in English.
  • Good work ethics,capacity to learn and adapt to changing at work
  • Positive-minded, strong in organizing, good skill of time management
