Provide consultation, receive, and respond to customer inquiries about the company's products through email.
Handle and resolve complaints and customer issues and provide relevant information to the appropriate departments for complaint resolution. Record customer feedback to improve products and services.
Coordinate with the marketing department to implement advertising and promotional programs as the company requires.
Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.
Job Requirement
Fluent in English.
Experience in customer service and understanding of e-commerce operations is an advantage.
Strong high-end customer service mindset, able to quickly and timely handle arising issues.
Working time: Working hours: Monday - Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM. (WFH on Sat)
