​YOUR JOB:

• Process new orders and requests on the Odoo ERP system ensuring accurate data entry and updates.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to order or generate the required product and packaging labels.
• Respond to all client requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete all reports required by the customer and participate in internal meetings regarding claims or new developments.
• Complete all tasks assigned by the Senior CS and track task progress to update the CS Manager in weekly team meetings.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service, merchandiser or similar role.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
• Experience using an ERP/ SAP system.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to engage customers positively and understand their needs.
• A friendly, helpful, patient and confident personality, combined with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Proficiency in MS office, specifically Excell
• High level of organization, attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

Preference

• Furniture/ Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as, Business/ Merchandising/Economics is a plus.
