- Review, make Principal/Salee contracts, NDA, complete Vendor Accreditation forms provided by customers.
- Understand clearly customers' requirements
- Prepare official quotations with information provided by Sales team.
- Receive & follow Sales orders, solve issues to ensure deliver goods to customers on time.
- Monitor shipment status and update delivery schedules to customers.
- Receive customers' forecast and align with SCM team to determine order volume.
- Plan delivery schedules to customers, coordinate with Warehouse team to well prepare delivery procedures for each customer.
- Proactively work with customers for repeated orders.
- Prepare delivery documents, payment documents for EPE/non-EPE customers.
- First window to receive feedbacks from customers, coordinate with related department to resolve issues timely and effectively.
- Make reports

* Import-export process (30%):
- Send PO to suppliers.
- Check shipping documents, open import CDs.
- Calculate & compare shipping costs and analyze information to choose the suitable transport option.
- Prepare On-spot export CDs and other documents.
- Check legal methods to reduce import duties and taxes, by using CO/bonded warehouse,...
- Coordinate with Sales/Engineer team to understand clearly about the products and find suitable HS code.
