1. Striving to meet and exceed sales goals.
2. Processing Purchase Orders/Sale Orders, Customer inquiries.
3. Maximize On Time Delivery (OTD) by coordinating with materials and manufacturing groups to provide customers with the best possible delivery dates.
4. Monitor customer daily shipment requirements and prepare Out Bound Deliveries (OBD’s) in SAP system.
5. Work through part shortages list and communicate late deliveries to customers via email, phone and or customer portal as needed by customer.
6. Provide general customer service including order status, tracking # requests, etc.
7. Work with production planner on customer demand.
8. Work with quality and management team to issue customer RMAs.
9. Ensure that all customer complaints are addressed and communicated to team members.
10. Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.
11. Support other supply chain activities
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
