1. Education:
University graduate, major in Foreign trade or Economics.
2. Experience:
· At least 3 years experiences in the same position.
· Experience in customer service in manufacturing companies is a plus.
· Local candidates are preferable Ba Ria Vung Tau provice
3. Knowledge of:
· Knowledge of Import/Export Customs and Shipping Documentation.
· Knowledge of Furniture Industry is an advance.
· Advanced knowledge/experience in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook 365, Skype).
4. Skills and Abilities
· Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Constructive and creative thinking (in problem solving)
· Proficiency in the management of resources.
· Ability to train and coach team members on processes, procedures, compliance and product knowledge.
· Strong competence in the use of technology and software applications including MS, ERP
· Familiar with maintaining customer database.
· Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with all organizational levels.
