1. Control Order to Cash process (50%)
- Process orders & folow up until finish settlement
- Support to achive sales volume
- Serving customer requests

2. Handle enquiries and complaint related order & delivery service (30%)
- Handle order to cash issue
- Handle issue related matters in working process

3. Acting as centre point for sales team & customer (10%)
- Make good communication with related departments
- Handle daily tasks for others in team
- Support in sales team activities

4. Reporting & other (10%)

- College or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related major.

- At least 01 year of working experience with similar position (Must have FMCG or Food Company)

- Familiar to SAP, needs analysis, stakeholder engagement

- Good Team-Player, Self-motivation, Communication skills
