- Supervise team member is efficiency working with correctly
- Co-operate and coordinate Customer Service team with other Departments
- Manage booking request and guide member to get/ send to clients or Sales
- Support and solve all requirements of customer (pick up and drop off containers, free time, closing time, SI cut off, customs clearance, goods insurance ....)
- Follow up, check, and update status of shipment and delivery; coordinate with client and internal department to solve the arising problem (if any)
- Responsible for the daily management of the operation, training staff
