Job Summary : To supervise the Sales Order team in order to ensure strong support for sales in goods delivery, coordinate with other departments for company Business running smoothly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Create accurate orders in the system and provide timely updates to customers regarding any order changes.
2. Ensure that all order-related information is collected and entered into SAP promptly.
3. Check and provide feedback to the Commercial team on low or negative GP margin, available inventory, inventory allocation, and credit issues (overdue or over credit limit) for order processing approval.
4. Create tickets on the SNOW platform for orders in Credit lock.
5. Monitor order status and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
6. Handle and resolve customer complaints.
7. Support customers on the digital platform.
8. Working with the team to consistently meet targets
9. Manage teams in the workplace.
