· Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries
· Handle and resolve customer complaints
· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
· Provide pricing and delivery information
· Process orders, forms, applications and requests
· Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
· Manage customers' accounts
· Maintain customer databases
· Checking market rate
· Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
· Follow up on customer interactions
· Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service
· Receiving delivery requests from customer and superintend picking process.
· Care of shipments and resolve issues during the transportation; coordinate internally to facilitate delivery progress, and externally to bridge the customer’s requirements and operations.
· Handle complaints, tackle arising issues with customers in proper manner.
· Proactively update shipment status. Making exactly the delivery reports to customer (daily).
