- Follow & control the target of the Customs Clearance department every month, especially cost maximizing.

- Support Sales & Commercial teams to increase the volume of cargo, especially the bidding

- Monitor the daily working of staff:

+ Develop the performance of the customs declaration team (including documentation staff and brokers).

+ Ensure the performance of trucking and delivery.

- Consult customers in customs regulations.

- Increase customer-centricity mindset in the team.

- Reduce the complaints from customers to the maximum.

- Manage team to meet deadlines of daily operation work such as system input, billing, report, etc.

- Meet customers’ requirements following SOP.

- Manage vendors and suppliers.

- Build and standardize BU’s SOPs where necessary.

- Conduct training and increase the number of staff keen on the customs declaration.

• Min. 7 years – experience in Logistics companies and at least 3 years in Customs Clearance.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and a good team player.
• Good English is prefered.
