Responsible to do import export tax liquidation in time to ensure inbound activity in flow.
Track material in and finished goods out to maintain data in balance.
Update norm if any material is in signal of unbalance.
Track import duty temporarily paid and refund.
Maintain data of customs clearance in detail for customs review.
Control the import tax status to avoid any impact of import shipments.
Co-operate with import & export team to clarify the variance in both of VNACC system and Mapics system (if any).
Job Requirement
1. Education
Graduated in Import export, trade, shipping, management in University.
2. Experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience in import /export department & liquidation procedure and refund tax.
3. Knowledge of:
Internet, Email, Microsoft office, VNACCS system.
Good knowledge in customs laws and regulations.
Procedures of import processing and exporting shipment.
Fair English
4. Skills and Abilities
Good communication and Import export working and managing skills.
