Position Summary:
The Data Analyst Executive will play a crucial role in driving the success of our ecommerce strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze ecommerce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management.
Performance Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for improving conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer retention.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve site performance.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI team to enhance the user experience.
Market Research:
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and benchmarks.
- Monitor industry developments and emerging ecommerce technologies.
Customer Insights:
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to understand needs and preferences.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and merchandise teams to align ecommerce strategies.
