Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Maintenance:
Accurately enter, update, and manage sales data in Excel spreadsheets and the company’s CRM system.
- Reporting and Dashboard Creation:
Prepare, maintain, and present detailed sales reports, dashboards, and visual presentations using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros.
- Sales Forecasting Support:
Assist in the development of sales forecasts by analyzing historical data and trends using Excel.
Regularly update and maintain the CRM system, ensuring all customer and sales data is current and accurate
Identify and implement processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of data entry and management.
Manage and track sales team expenses, ensuring they are accurately recorded and submitted for reimbursement.
