- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Execute web management, publishing, updating, and localizing web content and supporting a wide range of content management systems (CMS).

• Create landing pages and do web product management based on client requests.

• Create automation emails on Account Management platform including setting up, testing and deploying.

• Participate in meetings/ seminars with Digital Marketing Specialists from the client’s side, acting as a consultant on email marketing best practices.

• Ensure that deadlines are followed.

• Oversee the implementation of project/ campaign improvements.

• Report directly to the Senior Digital Technical Specialist who is your trainer.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Being able to commit to at least a 6-month internship.

• Having hands-on background in digital aspects, with a focus on web development and digital platforms.

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Wix).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in both English and Vietnamese.

• A team player, and an independent worker.

• Proactive, willing to learn with a growth mindset.
