Job Description

1. Team management tasks:

· Manage the team of 5+ including training, coaching, and encourage team member for work efficiently.

· Manage/ control team workload/ productivity.

· Control team performance to make sure no penalty/ loss/ complaint on any shipment.

· Review/ keep update on all Policies/ SOPs and instruct clearly to the team. Make sure Policies/ SOPs will be followed under strict discipline.

· Be 1st escalation level to support and solve the issues of the team.

· Pro-actively provide ideas/ solution to develop the process/ performance of the team.

· Well complete other tasks/ projects assigned by high level.

2. Daily operation tasks:

· Contact client/agent to get detail shipment for Documentation (NTP)

· Prepare Shipping Instruction submitted to carriers/co-loader

· Closely work with related parties (shipping line, carrier and agent) to arrange the shipping plan.

· Issue the debit note/invoice to customers/ overseas for each shipment

· Tracing shipments and update to customers & oversea partners.

· Filing HBL, Telex release, Filing AMS, ISF, send pre-alert,...

· Follow up import tasks and back up if needed

· Follow TP invoicing team for their daily tasks

· Maintain and build relationships with shipping lines and professional image with customers, cooperate & support other departments.

· Making weekly/monthly data report of the shipping plan, invoicing team and import team

· Report to manager or upper level when required.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration; Foreign Trade; Logistics
  • At least 5 year experienced working for LOGISTICS FORWARDER and 3 years at the same level
  • Having experience in documentation, both nominated & freehand shipments is an advantage.
  • Being careful, responsible, dynamic, enthusiasm & hard working.
  • Persuasive speaking, willingness to improve are the top customer service attributes a representative needs.
  • Good at communication Skills (Negotiation & Convincible Skills)
  • Good command of English (both verbal & written)
  • Team Work (Collaboration; Conflict Resolution; Challenge and Support)

*** Working time: (5 days/week): Monday to Friday: From 08h00 to 17h30
