In this role, you'll play a key role in attracting and acquiring driver partners to fuel our continued growth.

What you’ll do

• Lead, forecast and manage driver recruitment in line with growth projection;
• Explore and utilize different recruitment channels to diversify acquisition sources in order to ensure KPIs;
• Propose and implement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of acquisition channels and improve the quality of leads generated;
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify process pain points and suggest improvements;
• Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager

Work location: 10 Pho Quang, Tan Binh District, HCMC

Work time: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM), with Saturday (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)

What you’ll need

• Education: A degree in a relevant field is preferred. Recent graduates and final year students are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: Prior experience in operations or customer service is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train and develop the right person for this role.
• A full-time commitment for at least 6 months is required.
• Have a personal laptop is necessary
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken Vietnamese;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential
• Outgoing, collaborative, responsible, and well-organized individuals are preferred.
