JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Conduct strategies/ plans to maintain good performance and manage a team to push sales to meet KPIs
- Deeply Research and Analyze market on E-commerce Platforms (Wayfair/Walmart) in order to propose short-term and long-term strategies for sub-category
- Update and catch up with market trends & company strategy to consult new product development and selling method for team members Monitor and delegate tasks/projects for team members
- Build up Sales team by training, and hiring to achieve the best value for Company
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to evaluate the efficiency of marketing campaign/ strategy, and regulate marketing budget
- Co-operate with other departments (Supply Chain, R&D,…) for the smooth running of sales operations such as inventory management and ordering, and new product deployment.
- Prepare sales report & analysis (result-oriented) by week, month, and quarter.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the senior leader/ manager.
