- Set up products and promotions on marketplace portal

- Conduct and coordinate live session in terms of managing flow, highlighting product/voucher, supporting talents

- Follow KOL livestream session offered by platform to support and address operation issues (if any)

- Support supervisor to plan product lists, commercial strategies and voucher schemes for livestream sessions (self-live and marketplace’s KOLs)

- Manage studio spaces, equipment & livestream inventory

- Handle administrative tasks related to talents, partnership

- Deliver livestream performance reports

2. Operation management (30%)

Collaborate closely with Logistics and warehouses to ensure processing of livestream and non-live orders on time on marketplaces.

- Experience in livestream commerce is preferred

- Deep understand order fulfilment flow and on marketplaces

- A sales-oriented mindset aligned with Brand’s guidelines

- Confidence, dare to try new things and willingness to implement innovation strategies toachieve business targets.
