Job Description

Reporting to the E-Merchandise Manager you will be responsible for :

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the e-merchandising team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Develop and implement account management strategies and business plans to grow assigned group of 10-15 group brands.
  • Encourage innovative thinking and the sharing of best practices to drive continuous improvement within the team.
  • Facilitate team meetings and brainstorming sessions to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.

E-Merchandising Strategy

  • Develop and implement strategies for product assortment, placement, and promotions to optimize online sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform merchandising decisions.

Content/Concept Management

  • Oversee the creation and management of compelling product descriptions, images, and other content to enhance product visibility and appeal.
  • Ensure that all product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Service Management Team to report activities and participate in periodic business reviews.
  • Build strong relationship with brands & accounts as valued partner to drive Ecommerce growth sustainably.

Performance Analysis

  • Determine performance metrics and deliver comprehensive trend knowledge & industry insight to drive group brand performance in terms of traffic, service revenue, shopper experiences, E-Commerce share, ranking of brand within platform, brand penetration in E-Commerce and year-over-year growth.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on merchandising performance for stakeholders.

Job Requirement

To succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

•  Minimum 3 years of work experience in e-commerce/retail, ideally in the industry, minimum 1 year of managing team. Experienced in Marketing Team is a plus.

•  Analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and business acumen.

•  Outstanding communication skills and people management capacity, able to build rapport, earn trust with key stakeholders and mange Head-level efficiently from large to multinational companies

•  Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

•  Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
