1. Order processing execution (50%)

• Collaborate closely with Logistics, warehouse and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and smoothly processing of website orders.
• Support Operation team and Customer service to resolve customers inquiries and tickets related to order issues such as product quality, purchasing policies, delivery issue, etc.
• Analyze and optimize operation performance of website order

2. Website commercial activities (50%)

• Set up and monitor campaigns and promotions on website
• Collaborate with Brand and Marketing team to execute Go-to-market plan for Loyalty program
• Support the team in implementing IT projects
• Other related commercial tasks

• Final year students or university graduates in Marketing, E-commerce, Media & Communication, or Business Administration
• Passionate about Retail Ecommerce
• Able to comprehend and execute assigned plans effectively
• Skilled in problem-solving, time management, teamwork
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Familiarity with website operation (Shopify) is a plus
• Basic in English
