• Manages all aspects of email marketing, including strategy, list building, campaign creation, automation, and performance analysis.

• Develop and execute an email marketing strategy to support lead nurturing, customer engagement, and sales promotions.

• Design and write compelling email newsletters, promotional emails, and automated campaigns.

• Segment the email list for targeted messaging.

• A/B test email content (subject lines, design, CTAs) to optimize performance.

• Monitor and analyze email metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions) to improve campaigns.

• Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and regulations.

Proven 2+ years of experience in Email Marketing.

Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

Strong copywriting and HTML/CSS skills.

Understanding of email marketing best practices and deliverability.

Analytical and data-driven mindset.
