Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our team. This role will involve supporting various marketing initiatives, with a focus on growing brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and driving sales. Key Responsibilities:

  •  Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns: Help manage marketing projects across digital, social, and traditional media platforms.

  •  Content development: Write and edit marketing materials, including blog posts, email newsletters, social media content, and website copy.

  •  Social media management: Plan and schedule posts, engage with audiences, and track performance on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

  •  Email marketing: Assist with the creation, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.

  •  Data analysis and reporting: Track and report on marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.

  •  Market research: Conduct competitive research and customer analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

  •  Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, sales team, and external vendors to support marketing efforts and ensure cohesive messaging.

  •  Event marketing: Help plan, promote, and execute company events, webinars, and other promotional activities.

  •  General marketing support: Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including coordinating meetings and managing marketing assets.

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  •  0-2 years of experience in a marketing role, internship experience is a plus.

  •  Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and familiarity with digital marketing channels.

  •  Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing).

  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  •  Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  •  Creative mindset with attention to detail.

  •  Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
