EQuest is looking for potential candidates for the position of Senior Executive, Event, Sport Committee with the following details:
Responsibilities:
1. EVENT ORGANIZATION:
Coordinate and participate in event organization: This includes sports competitions and other events. For sports events, plan for 3 main seasons each year with 7 sports disciplines.
Develop ideas for media events: Create and develop suitable and innovative ideas for media events.
Coordinate internal departments and personnel: Assign and manage tasks among departments and staff involved in organizing the event.
Develop & manage event budget plans: Create and oversee the budget plans for events throughout the year.
2. SPONSORSHIP AND PARTNERSHIPS:
Contact potential sponsors: Reach out to and work with suitable entities and businesses to secure sponsorships for the competitions and events.
3. EVENT COMMUNICATION:
Develop a communication plan: Create and implement a communication strategy in collaboration with relevant departments to reach both internal and external audiences.
Work with media outlets: Engage and coordinate with press and media agencies to promote the events.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
English proficiency: Good command of English.
Planning and implementation skills: Strong ability to plan and execute tasks effectively.
