- Responsible for identifying and exploring new sales opportunities in the seafood market.
- Actively prospect and qualify potential customers to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to determine current trends, customer preferences, and competition dynamics.
- Implement analyzing market data to develop effective sales strategies and product positioning.
- Implement respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Present and promote seafood products to potential customers using multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Provide product information, samples, and demonstrations to showcase the quality and features of our products.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to secure sales agreements.
- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
