JOB SUMMARY

• Supervise and assigning day-to-day activities in Raw Material Quality Control (RMQC) team
• Lead RMQC Team (20 people) to accomplish quality control operational targets, in meeting production scheduling according to production plans
• Follow up all inspections, testing of material: chemical tests, physical tests, visual color matching, and respective inspection procedures are being carried out according to standard procedures
• Communication with supplier for material quality complaint and supplies improvement
• Solving daily problem of material after inspection
• Training, developing, and cross training the junior team members to enhance departmental capabilities
• Other tasks assigned by QA Manager

• Inspection procedures OTIF for incoming material
• Material readiness OTIF for Production
• Right quality and right quantities at right time to support material issuance schedule
• Zero accident in workplace
• Compliance to product safety procedures
• Quality complaints from customer related to material quality
• Reporting OTIF

• Experience in Fabric inspection in a garment/ texttile company
• Ability to communicate by English (both speaking & writing)
• Leadership skill
• Understand fully of Quality Management System, Lab-test procedure, physical test procedures, material inspection procedures
• Able to prioritize work schedules and job assignment according to production requirement
