Key Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 01 years of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on FAI and plastic parts.
- Proficiency in using measurement equipment such as VMM, CMM, calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, particularly those related to plastic components.
- Solid experience with GD&T principles and their application in inspections.
- Proficiency in NG dimension analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Knowledge of statistical tools such as CPK and GR&R studies.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management system standards.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in quality assurance (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus.
