MAIN PURPOSE: To effectively implement and manage brand and category marketing programs in alignment with the yearly marketing plan, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1) Retail Marketing Strategy Execution: Develop and execute retail marketing strategies to drive in-store traffic and sales.
2) In-store Promotions Management:
- Plan and manage in-store promotions to maximize full-price sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Execute Trade Marketing programs for ALDO, including the detailed implementation of activities such as gift giving, development of POSM materials.
3) Collaboration with Store and Merchandise Teams: Work closely with store managers and merchandise teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing activities.
4) Manage in-mall media channels:
- Optimize foot traffic, update promotions and discounts, and explore branding opportunities within malls.
- Collaborate with mall management: to introduce promotions, identify branding opportunities, and propose cooperative programs to enhance sales efficiency.
5) Create and manage Marketing activations: that enhance customer connections and experiences with the ALDO brand.
6) Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
7) Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget for retail activities, ensuring cost-effective execution.
8) Implement local market research with a focus on consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
9) Support initiatives to push sales and increase revenue through strategic marketing efforts.
