Job Description

  • In charge of establishing and driving the strategic roadmap for the company's goods in Vietnam, including all targeted species and markets.
  • The role will need cross-functional collaboration with internal colleagues and suppliers to discover market opportunities, create value propositions and product specifications, and establish and measure key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with all sales channels to plan and perform sales calls and joint-sales calls, including face-to-face meetings with customers. Develop a strong pipeline to satisfy budget and trade lane strategies.
  • Create value propositions for proven products to expand market penetration across species and geographies, boosting revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support customer connections by sharing market trends.
  • Collect business knowledge from customers, sales teams, and other sources to construct pipelines and strategic action plans for high-value targets.
  • Lead and support the extended sales team to maintain and build the trade lane book of business.
  • Coordinate with international team members to integrate new clients into the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with departments to convey changes to new and old products effectively.
  • Recommend selling support materials for communicating new and current items within product ranges.

Job Requirement

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a related subject (e.g., veterinary science, animal nutrition, feed technology).
  • 7+ years of expertise in sales and business development in the feed additive sector.
  • Extensive understanding of the Feed Additives business, including products, technology, customers, and competitors.
  • Starting with a strong consumer base is ideal.
  • Effective presenting and bargaining abilities.
  • Effective account management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to conclude deals.
  • Demonstrates high ethics, results-driven behavior, and a desire to generate new clients.
  • Required language: Vietnamese native and good English communication
