1. Financial Reporting & Compliance

Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for 6 entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS, and local accounting standards.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Oversee the submission of financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders.

Liaise with external auditors to ensure successful audits and timely resolution of any issues.

2. Budgeting & Financial Planning

Direct the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to align budgets with strategic business goals.

Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.

Monitor and analyze budget performance, identifying variances and advising on corrective actions.

3. Internal Controls & Risk Management

Design, implement, and maintain a strong system of internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.

Regularly review and update internal controls, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Collaborate with the Head of Tax to ensure adherence to tax regulations in both the U.S. and Vietnam, optimizing tax strategies.

4. Treasury & Cash Management

Manage the company’s treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and investment strategies.

Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to optimize the company’s cash position and minimize financial risk.

Oversee banking relationships, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company

Coordinate with the CFO on strategies for capital structure management, including debt and equity financing.

5. Financial Operations Oversight

Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.

Ensure efficient management of working capital, optimizing cash flow and minimizing financial risk.

Lead the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

●        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.

●        Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

●        Extensive experience in managing financial operations, reporting, and treasury functions for multinational organizations.

●        Strong knowledge of IFRS, and local accounting standards in Vietnam.

●        Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.

●        Advanced proficiency in financial systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

●        Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on financial risk management.

●        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
