Establish Annual Budget Process, budget model and rolling forecast model.
Develop policies, monitor and control the international financial reporting system of the entire Company at all levels, implement recognition mechanisms consistent with business orientation and accounting standards.
Key contact point for coordinating and consolidating financial plans, action plans and forecasting.
Make assessments on trends and the main factors influencing the trends based on the forecast results, thereby making recommendations for the company to take appropriate actions.
Monitor and evaluate plan implementation results; Recommend necessary plan adjustments to the Company's Board of Directors.
Comprehensive, multi-dimensional analysis of business operations, business efficiency, and profits of the entire Company
Carry out necessary assessments and analyzes to advise on the management work of the Board of Directors.
Develop, manage and advise on policies and procedures for building and evaluating plan implementation across the entire Company.
.Preside over the implementation and coordination of business plan development and implementation of advice related to the annual budget of the entire Bank and its units in accordance with the approved orientation and strategy.
Coordinate with the Human Resources Management department to advise the Board of Directors and CEO on the mechanism for calculating performance salary funds for units.
Forecasting business results of the entire bank and analyzing differences and causes that affect the implementation of plans of the entire Company.
Evaluate and advise on the impact of policies/consultations on the implementation of the company-wide business plan, ensuring the achievement of set goals.
Build and update the Company's strategic financial and business model
Develop and promulgate principles on the management and use of operating cost budgets, cost limits, and provide methods and ways to monitor and manage costs for cost centers, projects and specific activities as required.
Monitor, advise and control budget usage of departmentss/units.
Advise and propose cost optimization solutions for the Company
Other tasks assigned by Center Director or Division Director or Unit Head.
Job Requirement
University Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related majors such as quantitative math, analysis
At least 7 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields
Priority is given to candidates with experience working in the banking sector in implementing bank-wide management reports, budget planning, business analysis, asset-liability management, and business activities of the bank. bank, financial company or credit institution
