Tasks:
• Verify all information before departure to ensure the trip aligns with the travelers' expectations.
• Assist travel counselors in finding ideas to enhance the travelers' experience on-site.
• Be readily available for travelers on-site, addressing any requests to assist and facilitate their trip.
• Carefully follow up on all journeys before, during, and after the trip to ensure a seamless experience.
• Serve as a liaison between travelers and travel counselors.
• Update (and find) recommended restaurants, cafes, etc.
• Collaborate with different teams (sales, production, reservation, operation) to ensure the quality of services on-site.
