- Greet patients in a professional manner at their arrival & on the telephone.
- Organizing & scheduling appointments;
- Updating & filling out patient’s medical file;
- Work closely with team members to ensure the arrangement & cleanliness at the lobby & reception area meet the management’s standard.
- Handles cashier’s works when assigned.
- Provide support to patients’ requests of documents relating to treatment.
- Attract potential patients by answering inquiries of services on site, via phone or email.
- Process messages from patients to doctor’s assistant to doctors;
- Conduct follow-up phone calls with new patients & when patients do not follow through with the prescribed treatment plan.
- Ability to maintain effective & organized systems to ensure timely patient flow;
- Ad-hoc tasks given by immediate supervisor.
