Reception and Administration tasks
- Maintain / control office machines
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer and forward calls
- Maintain Company contact list, email, phone and update monthly
- Monitor phone and hand-phone expenses monthly
- Monitor, control Admin cost and prepare related reports monthly
- Guest welcoming, meeting arrangement, and accommodation
- Be in charged of receiving, distributing & controlling correspondence
- Control, order office facilities, stationeries as request
- Process payment related to admin costs
Transportation, Taxi and house usage coordination
- Car/ shuttle buses contract handling.
- “Car request” processing and coordinate and arrange car usage effectively
- Check transport route/distance, toll fee and petrol
- Manage shuttle buses, process transportation expenses payment procedure
Canteen management
- Supervise, check canteen operation (Menu, hygience, operation,…)
- Process the canteen payment
Support HR functional task
- Hotel / Accommodation (staff, guest)
- Order and allocate uniform to employees
- Support on organizing all company activities/ events (Year End Party, Company trip,…), office decoration
