Job Description

  • Develop an organizational and management system for a chain of Japanese restaurants: from casual to fine dining models.
  • Develop strategies, plans, and organize the implementation and management of business and marketing for the chain.
  • Manage human resources and operate the chain's personnel.
  • Manage construction, interior, assets, and tools and equipment.
  • Operate the business activities of the restaurant chain.
  • Advise on development strategies for the company.
  • Ensure restaurant profits according to financial models and customer service standards.
  • Other tasks as required by superiors.

Job Requirement

  • Knowledge of the restaurant business, and control of related indicators: P&L; COL, COS, etc.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position: full-service restaurant model.
  • Preference for those who have participated in the operation of high-end restaurant and hotel chains.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively.
  • Ability to plan work: Develop, implement, evaluate, monitor, and modify plans.
  • Leadership, command, training, and development skills to help subordinates achieve the restaurant system's goals.
  • Communication skills with individuals and teams inside and outside the company.
  • English/Japanese is an advantage.
  • Ability to develop and present feasible plans and strategies.
