Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting teaching activities in accordance with the Regulations on working regimes for lecturers.
  • Teaching a minimum of 2 to 3 subjects within the department.
  • Providing consultation, guidance, and support to students outside of regular teaching hours.
  • Leading or contributing to the development of plans, content, and training programs.
  • Formulating policies, directions, and measures to enhance assigned programs.
  • Overseeing or participating in the compilation of educational materials.
  • Offering solutions to enhance teaching quality, testing methods, and evaluating students' learning outcomes.
  • Leading or participating in scientific research programs and topics. Also, evaluating scientific research projects and topics; Writing and presenting scientific reports at conferences and seminars.
  • Engaging in international cooperation activities while ensuring the quality of higher education.
  • Providing academic advising, guiding discussions, facilitating practical work, experiments, and internships.
  • Engaging in continuous professional development and skill enhancement.
  • Participating in lecturer training as required by departmental professional development standards.
  • Fulfilling other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirement

Applicants should:

  • Hold a Master's degree or higher, majoring in TESOL or English Language (with a TESOL certificate), preferably with IELTS teaching experience, and possess an IELTS certificate of 7.0 or higher.
  • Have at least 2 or 3 years of teaching experience.
  • Demonstrate mastery of the goals, plans, content, and programs of the assigned subjects, as well as a clear understanding of practical requirements for training in the relevant majors.
  • Possess proficiency in office skills.
  • Exhibit effective organizational skills, time management abilities, and the capacity to prioritize tasks.
  • Welcome native candidates who have Bachelor or higher degrees and have teaching experience in University, College level or relevant.
