Under direction of the Export Stategy Manager, perform the role of product developemt based on market research & monitoring competitor, set up the processing OEM/ ODM through working collaboratively with R&D, Marketing, Sales to support and promote the Export Sales ... Promote the role of the Stategy team in the sales activities of the Export Sales department. Control Export product marketing and P&L, cooperate with other countries marketing team

• New product development with R&D,MKT based on global market research
• Food compliance check for target country with FSC
• Communicate with HQ C2C Excellency for developing new prodcut and market opportunites.
• As a global mareketer, well understand of global market situation of Food VN key exporting categories, and settle strategy and PRM of the global product.
• Monitoring competitors(exporter) in VN and benchmarking product development
• Export process setting for OEM/ODM sourcing product from VN supplier

• A Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Major in Trade & Marketing  or have a passion for it. 
• At least 3 year of working experience Marketing or procurement
• The experienced of (frozen) food export will be prefered (more than 3 years)
• Abundant experienced for new product development
• Can do MKT work in English
