ROLE OBJECTIVES:

Mass Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for various recruitment orders from clients. Works closely with clients to produce services exactly and in a timely manner.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Finance

• Be accountable for achieving individual target.
• Follow up client’s payment.

Customer Services

• Develop and maintain business relationships with clients and provide quality services in timely manner.

Process/ Function

Recruitment

• Be responsible for recruitment orders from clients.
• Sourcing and send the candidate profiles to clients.
• Schedule interviews between clients and candidates as appropriate.
• Follow up after interviews with both clients and candidates, provide feedback to candidates and confirm next steps.
• Send related information to Outsourcing Consultant in charge to offer candidates.
• Offer candidates when required.
• Maintain and develop candidate database and recruitment channels.
• Work closely with team to proactively exchange information on the market, clients and candidates.
• Take part in team projects as assigned.

• Graduated from University
• 6 months - 1 year of working experience in recruitment.
• Knowledge of recruitment skills.
• Ability to do multi-tasks, attention to details.
• Proven good customer service skills.
• Good planning, time management and organization skills.
• Emotional controlling and positive thinking.
• Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Good communication in English
• Proficient in MS Office.
