· Input, update and maintain employee database (information of personal, family, employment, working schedule etc.) in HR system

· Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, organisation of files, documents etc. and other coordination duties

· Checking and uploading of documents in a timely manner

· Support and handle day to day administrative task/activities

· Support recruitment process.

· Improve adminstration efficiency.

· Organized and Perform ad-hoc job related duties when assigned

·         Fresh Graduated or final-year student are welcomed
