- Doing research on legal issues as assigned
- Drafting and reviewing agreements, charters etc.
- Translating all type of documents such as agreements, charters, regulations etc…
- Others task will be requested by Manager.

{MUST}
- Graduated from University
- English: Business level, having Toeic 850+ or Ielts 6.5+/ Toefl iBT 95+
- Being proactive, creative and responsible
- Having good analytical skill, logical thinking and being capable of working independently
- Being at least 1 year experienced in an international law firm or a reputable local law firm (Exclusive of Japanese law companies)
{PREFER}
- Having Japanese N2 level skill.
