Job Description

1. HR & ADMIN

• Employee Labor Contract Management: Assist to prepare, revision, and administration of employee labor contracts for all staff, ensure that all contracts are up to-date, compliant with legal requirements, and properly stored.

• Caculate salary/ insurance/ PIT tax monthly

• Making request to pay salary / insurrance

• Prepare document to submit to insurance to increase employee join insurance as vietnam law

• Prepare document to submit to insurance department to decrease insurance for employee terminate the labor contract and making resign form document file for employee as vietnam law

• Posting job/ writing Job description on website to hire new member

• Contact with agent to do working permit / APEC for foreigner manager

• Order stationery/ water and stored thing when company need

• Follow the assest in office if need to Contact to the relevant agent and builing to fix if any funiter get broken

• Order drink/ flower when the company needed

• Making payment request form for expense of manager bussiess trip / entertainment fee / admin/ HR expense in the company -----then submit to the accouting department for payment.

• Prepare worship 2 times/ month

2. Accountant

- Create E-invoice daily for local customer/agent/oversea customer

- Offset from IF to PLGL about revenue

- Key in and check bank collection on PLGL and accounting software MISA

- Issue red- invoices on accounting software MISA

- Doing bank cash report daily to HQ

- Stored the document month by month and invoice

- Monitor cash on hand -- receive request payment form OPS( pay commision)/admin (pay expense)---making the voucher payment/recepit on cash booking on MISA/ PLGL

- Come and working bank

- Receive request payment form OPS/admin to aply payment on bank for cost and expense

- Offset from IF to PLGL about cost

- Key in and check bank payment on PLGL and accounting software MISA

- Key in and check cost and E- invoices from carrier/supplier and booking accouting entry on accounting software PLGL and MISA

- Check and record input invoices on accounting software MISA

Job Requirement

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a College Degree Accounting

• Good interpersonal skill

• Proficiency in MS Office/ misa sofware

• Self-motivated - respectful - honest and trust worthy

• At least 2 years of working experience in Forwarding/ Logistics/ Transportation Company is required for this position.

• Probation time: 2 months with 85% gross salary.

• Working Days: From Mon to Fri + Sat morning (if necessary)

- From 08.00 AM to 5.00 PM (Mon – Fri) (Break time: 12h00 – 13h00)

- From 08.30 AM to 12.00 PM (Sat – if necessary).
