- Responsible for the implementation of on board training and other training programs for employees in the factory
- Handle compensation and penalty policies for violations of regulations and contracts
- Familiar with local laws, regulations, and policies in Vietnam, responsible for standardized labor management, risk management and control; handling of employee relationship cases
- Organize employee activities, establish corporate culture, and improve employee satisfaction
- In charge of recruiting employees according to department requirements.
- Support registering and updating increases and decreases in Health Insurance (Health Insurance), Social Insurance (SI), Unemployment Insurance (UI), personal tax code, union code, and 24-hour accident insurance.
- Other Admin tasks as requested by supervisor
