Job Description
• In charge of outsourcing management and official employee manafement such as recruitment, training, timekeeping and salary calculation;
• Control employee access to factory by registering fingerprint, face scanning within first working day of joining and delete the access on the system for employee who have left;
• Control OT App for employees;
• Plan and Organize employee engagement events and activities such as Employee’s monthly birthday, Employee of Month Award, Women's day, Year-end party, Staff farewells… etc;
• Support welcome guests if required;
• Monthly cost control for expats;
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;
• Other job tasks within the HR & Admin Department are assigned by Managers;
