Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure all the operations of the HR Department are carried out effectively.

- Be the main focal person to support HR Director to develop human resources.

- Manage and build annual HR’s plan & budgets.

JOB DUTIES:

1. HR Operation:

- Create and maintain talent pool based on the plan and business needs of each period in order to ensure the quantity of candidates which promptly meets the needs of internal partners.

- Develop training programs that are appropriate for each position based on the plan and actual training needs.

- Organize training sessions and coordinate post-training effectiveness evaluation. Analyze and propose solutions to innovate and improve post-training effectiveness.

- Ensure the correct, adequate and timely payment of salary and benefits according to the Company's policies.

- Implement salary and benefits policies to ensure confidentiality - fairness - competitiveness in the labor market in order to retain talents.

- Ensure timely signing of labor contracts and insurance participation.

- Monitor, update, analyze the reasons of staff’s resignations; propose timely solutions to retain talents.

- Enquire thoughts, listen thoroughly to discuss with relevant levels/ departments to quickly reconcile disagreements within the organization.

2. Human Resources Development:

- Build Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on the Company’s annual business goals.

- Organize periodic performance appraisals.

- Build plans and clear career paths to develop potential talents.

- Organize annual team building in order to unite staff with the Company.

- Participate in building corporate culture.

- Conduct training and develop the staff of HR Department to ensure they meet the required competencies.

- Develop, update and complete regulations, rules, processes, policies, etc. related to the HR department's professional knowledge and expertises for the entire system.

- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager to support the functions and duties of HR Department.

Job Requirement

1. Education:

-       Degree             : Bachelor (or higher)

-       Major              : Business Administration, Human Resources, Legal

-       Experience      : At least 3 years of experience in equivalent position, have an   experiences in education field is a plus

-       Language        : Good communication skill in English

-       Informatics      : Good

2. Skills:

-       Organizational, planning and time management skills

-       Labor relations skill

-       Inspirational skills

-       Good interpersonal skills.

3. Attitude:

-       Open, professional attitude and moving spirit

-       Honest and truthful

-       Results-driven
