Job Description

HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and programs to align with organizational goals.
  • Regularly review HR practices for effectiveness and compliance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs and create solutions.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding to ensure new hires are well-supported.
  • Manage employee performance, including reviews, coaching, and development.
  • Implement succession planning to ensure leadership continuity.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive, inclusive work environment by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Handle employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Organize engagement activities and events.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee employee leave programs.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Oversee HR systems and processes for efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage HR programs like training, employee assistance, and wellness initiatives.

Job Requirement

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in HR, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven HR management success, proficiency in HR software.
  • Additional: Fluent in English (written and spoken), strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of independent and team work, excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail.
