JOB SUMMARY
Maintain HR daily routine work such as recruitment, C&B, Admin. Involve emergency tasks if needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruit candidate through different channels, collect resumes, build the candidate database.
2. Screen candidates’ CV, arrange & conduct interviews, participate in selection process
3. Arrange on-boarding program, make the recruitment reports
4. Be responsible for Occupational Training Agreement or Offer Letters, Labor contract, termination decision, promotion letter, movement letter
5. Oversee the filing of employee’s profile & related documents
6. Coordinate with bank to open ATM account for employees
7. Be responsible for HR information maintenance
8. Make HR report such as attendant record, Over time, social insurance, dependent code
9. Monitor and supervise outsourced services (company bus, catering, cleaning, gardening, security…). Maintain and improve the services quality continuously
10. Manage affairs related to uniform, stationery, other purchasing
11. Report on monthly administrative expenses
12. Others as assigned by the HRM
