· Maintain and develop a rigorous factory occupational Health, Safety, Environmental and Risk structure and performance which meet or exceed DPV Safety standards and best practices as well satisfy all government legislations/ Duy trì và phát triển một cơ cấu với hiệu suất nghiêm ngặt về Sức khỏe, An toàn, Môi trường và Rủi ro của nhà máy đáp ứng hoặc trên các tiêu chuẩn An toàn của DPV và các phương pháp tốt nhất cũng như đáp ứng tất cả các luật của chính phủ.

· Maintain up to date factory HSE performance records and to prepare reports according to the reporting cycle/ Duy trì cập nhật hồ sơ hoạt động HSE của nhà máy và chuẩn bị báo cáo theo tần suất qui định.

· Control activities: Supervising the implementation of Environment and Safety in the factory in line with local law, internal HSE system and customer requirements/ Các hoạt động kiểm soát: Giám sát việc thực hiện Môi trường và An Toàn trong nhà máy phù hợp với luật pháp địa phương, hệ thống HSE nội bộ và các yêu cầu của khách hàng.

· Work closely with business to help business comply with their permit and environmental regulations, enforce the law and influence operators to improve environmental performance/ Hợp tác chặt chẽ với Doanh nghiệp để giúp Doanh nghiệp tuân thủ giấy phép và các quy định về môi trường, thực thi luật pháp và tác động đến phòng ban để cải thiện hiệu quả hoạt động môi trường.

· Maintain and develop a rigorous factory Environmental performance which meet or exceed DPV standards and best practices as well satisfy all government legislations/ Duy trì và phát triển một nhà máy nghiêm ngặt về hiệu suất môi trường đáp ứng hoặc vượt các tiêu chuẩn và phương pháp thực hành tốt nhất của DPV cũng như đáp ứng mọi quy định của chính phủ

· Ensuring that Environment management system is established, implemented and maintain in accordance with government legislations and the Customer’s requirements/ Đảm bảo rằng hệ thống quản lý Môi Trường được thiết lập, triển khai và duy trì phù hợp với yêu cầu của chính phủ và Khách hàng.

· Co-ordinate with all relevant depts to implement the ISO 14001 if any/ Phối hợp với các bộ liên quan để thực hiện ISO 14001 nếu có

· Organize and cooperate with relevant departments to complete all corrective and preventive action and ensure they are completed in a timely/ Tổ chức và kết hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để hoàn thành tất cả các hành động khắc phục và phòng ngừa và đảm bảo chúng được hoàn thành kịp thời.

· Supervises the WWT, performance of operators and responsible for the WWT chemical inventory, chemical usage follows SOP (MDS, Risk assessment)/ Giám sát HTXLNT, đánh giá hiệu suất làm việc của các vận hành và chịu trách nhiệm về việc kiểm kê hóa chất của HTXLNT, sử dụng hóa chất theo SOP (Phiếu An toàn hóa chất, đánh giá rủi ro)

·       Graduated from University or College majoring in Engineering, Safety, Environment, Chemicals./ Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Kỹ Thuật, An toàn, Môi trường, Hóa chất.

·       Familiarity with health and safety standards / Hiểu biết về các tiêu chuẩn sức khỏe và an toàn.

·       Good communication and negotiation skills / Kỹ năng giao tiếp và đàm phán tốt

·       Excellent organizational and time-management skills/ Kỹ năng tổ chức và quản lý thời gian xuất sắc

·       Working experience as HSE Engineering/Officer in manufacturing environment/ Kinh nghiệm làm việc Kỹ sư / Cán bộ HSE trong môi trường sản xuất
